The appeal by Ian Norris, former chief executive of Morgan Crucible, against extradition to the US to face allegations that he obstructed the course of justice will be heard by the Supreme Court on November 30, 2009. Mr Norris's legal team will argue that his right to private and family life would be breached by extradition as he is suffering from prostate cancer and his wife is suffering from severe depression.
